In order to receive a refund, simply provide the receipt or receipt number to us for proof of payment as well as the card details in which the sale was made on.

Refunds and exchanges are only possible within 14 days of the purchase. Items that you are returning have to be sent back in the packaging and in resalable conditions.

Cut items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty

Satisfaction Guarantee 

We want all our customers to be happy with their products. If for any reason you are unable to use the product you have purchased, simply return it to us within 14 Days for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fees. This excludes cut fabric.

With every purchase, it is advised that the customer keeps their receipt.


What you need for a refund or exchange:

Faulty Product

If you have a faulty product you have purchased, you may return it to us within 7 working days. 

  • Return postage costs will be covered by Textile Traders for the faulty items. 
  • For you convenience, a satchel will be provided to you.
  • You can either receive a refund or we will replace the product for you. 
  • Original receipt must be provided.


Change of mind/Exchange

If you have simply changed your mind on the product you have purchased, you may return it to us. 

  • Textile Traders will not cover the cost of the return postage. 
  • Return must be within 14 working days of the purchase.
  • A refund will be done if you would like one or you can swap you item for something of the same value. 
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Any packaging must be in original condition.
  • Original receipt must be provided.



Price Beating Policy

Price Beating Policy

If you find a cheaper advertised price, we'll beat it by 10%. The Textile Traders Price Beating Policy applies to the same or similar product online or in-store in Australia only. Similar products will be discounted at Textile Traders discretion.

How do I redeem my 10% reduction? 

  • Simply show us evidence of our competitors’ advertised price for the product within 7 days of the advertisement.
  • Redeem your 10% discount in store or by e-mailing with proof of advertised price.

Textile Traders reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for Price-Matching at its discretion.

What Items are excluded?

Textile Traders will honor the Price Beating Policy based on a competitor's advertised price, subject to the following conditions:

  •  The Price Beating Policy Excludes: Wholesalers, bulk product orders, corporate discounts,Trade buyers, Warehouses, importers, auctions, duty free, Liquidation/clearance or end of stock sales.
  •  The competitors stock must be available at the present time in the requested quantity and available for immediate purchase.
  • The competitors price must include GST, delivery charges and all other associated costs.
  • The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Textile Traders.
  • The Price Beating Policy cannot be further used in conjunction with any other offers.
